Arequipa countryside by Panoramic Bus

Description

We start from the Main Square and head to our panoramic bus. Our first stop will be at the Yanahuara viewpoint, located in the main square of this charming district. From here, you’ll enjoy stunning views that combine traditional neighborhoods, the scenic countryside, and the three iconic volcanoes: Misti, Chachani, and Pichu Pichu.

We’ll continue through the beautiful Chilina Valley, where you can admire traditional agricultural terraces and breathtaking landscapes framed by volcanoes. One of the best spots to enjoy these views is the Carmen Alto viewpoint.

Next, we’ll visit the Incalpaca Camelid Museum, where you can see llamas and alpacas up close, cared for by this local textile company.

Our tour also includes a visit to one of Arequipa’s most iconic colonial mansions, the Founder’s Mansion, built from volcanic stone (sillar). This historical house offers a glimpse into the elegant lifestyle of important figures during the colonial era.

We’ll then head to Sabandía, a peaceful valley surrounded by lush countryside on the other side of the city. Here, you’ll have the option to enjoy activities like riding ATVs, horses, or even ponies for the little ones.

At the end of the tour, we’ll drop you off just one block from the Main Square.
